If your computer was configured with Internet Explorer 4, you do not need new software. You can easily set up the software using the dial-up information on this website and using the username and password supplied with your account. If you have lost your username and password, please call the Access America office (865-482-2140). If you need help setting up your software, please call the Access America Internet HelpDesk at (1-800-644-7220).
